The staff were very professional. they were friendly , caring and had empathy.

Patients that have the same thing for breakfast each day need not be disturbed, if a note is written of what they have on the board outside their room.
Some agency staff were poorly trained. These people were generally on at night. I was very surprised to hear that they are paid more than the permanent staff. One man gave me the "eeby jeebies". Staff need small notebooks not paper towells.

Very impressed with support from team especially [name removed] to my husband and myself as his carer, [name removed] takes time to listen, advise and is very supportive. I recently related by view to a friend who is a doctor and nursing when discussing community support patients with mental health.

Continue the excellent service the older peoples mental health team provide.
